Pack Your Items
Place your used or unused Proactiv® bottles securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include all components from your shipment.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our returns processing center using a traceable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, a refund for the purchase price will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
